Our gym is completly free of mirrors, allowing you to focus solely on your comfort and performance, not appearances
We use the lastest on screen technology to deliver our workouts, with each exercise clearly shown and demonstrated on a different screen around the edge of our studio
You simply turn up and start with our warm up video, then follow the circuit and finish with our cool down
And you're always in and out in just half an hour
You'll never get bored or do the same session twice with us as there are new workouts everyday

Our on-going membership is available for just £59, billed conveniently via direct debit on a month to month basis

Our doors are open for your fitness journey Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 1 PM and again from 4 PM to 8 PM. We're also here for you on weekends 7 AM to 11 AM. Flexibility is key, so come in for a session at time that perfectly fits into your schedule.
